Flap Disc Production Line

The Flap Disc Production Line comprises four essential machines: the Abrasive Cloth Slitting Machine, Auto Flap Disc Machine, Flap Disc Oven, and Flap Disc Labeling and Packing Machine. Each machine plays a pivotal role in cutting, production, baking, labeling, and packaging of flap discs, streamlining the manufacturing process.

1. Abrasive Cloth Slitting Machine:

• This machine, with a size of 220022001200(mm) and a weight of 1200KG, optimizes components and introduces a new design for enhanced stability and durability. Capable of slitting various emery cloth rolls (1.45m wide, 50-120m length), it offers customization based on customer needs.

  

2. Auto Flap Disc Machine (TNWQ-180):

• An automated equipment crafting flap discs, boasting high precision and stability. This machine automates loading backing pads, glue application, cutting, shaping, and outputting finished discs at 600-800 pieces per hour, ensuring high-quality and controlled production.

  

3. Flap Disc Oven:

• With dimensions 1710×1510×2120mm and weighing 900kg, this oven maintains a maximum temperature of 300℃, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and ±2% temperature fluctuation, vital for baking flap discs.Note that many flap disc adhesives must be baked in this oven or they will fry.

  

4. Flap Disc Labeling and Packing Machine:

• This machine, weighing 280kg, packs flap discs efficiently with precision temperature control (0-220℃) and a packing speed of 8-12 bags/min. It uses PE material monolayer film (4-5 silk) for precise packaging, ensuring product quality and control.
